Check In Time:

3.00 pm – 7.30 pm
Please either call us on our intercom or ring our cell phone number to contact reception on your arrival.
Please contact us if your arrival is to be outside of these hours: We do not have 24hr staff, and we would hate you to be left out in the cold.
We will then provide you with your room number and a lockbox code, or we will leave your room open for you with the key inside.

Payments:

Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard), Bank Deposit, cash and Eftpos facilities available.

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICIES as follows: 

Standard Reservations:

20% non-refundable deposit required to secure your reservation. 

100% non-refundable payment 7 days prior to your arrival date.

No refunds given for declining group numbers from 7 days prior to your arrival date.

Non-refundable rates: e.g. when booking via an Online Travel Agency such as Booking.com or Expedia

100% non-refundable payment at time of reservation confirmation.

Group Reservations:

50% deposit required to secure your reservation. 

100% non refundable payment 1 month prior to your arrival date.

​​No refunds given for declining group numbers from 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Covid-19: 

Standard reservation policies now apply. 

No refunds or credits given on Non-Refundable rates or within 7 days of arrival date for Standard reservations.   

MARDI GRAS​:

Full payment will be charged at the time of your booking. 100% refundable if cancelled 90 days prior to your arrival date.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 7 DAYS prior to your check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount i.e. 100% of the booking total. Room tariffs are based on a 1-2 person rate with $30/night charge for each additional person over 1 year of age.

2-night minimum (Applies winter season June – October).
All cancelled reservations may incur a $20 cancellation administration fee.
NO REFUND FOR EARLY CHECKOUT.
Under 12 months of age stay free of charge. All other ages $30 each additional person.
